11th annual event seeking presentation proposals on western U.S. water issues, rate setting, affordability, BIL funding and more
RICHFIELD, OHIO — Organizers of the 2025 Water Finance Conference are looking for speakers for its 11th annual event to be held Aug. 5-6 in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the SkySong Innovation Center at Arizona State University. Please submit your 200-word abstract by Feb. 28, 2025. Details below.
The Water Finance Conference is a two-day educational seminar convening executive-level utility professionals, including directors, CEOs, general managers, utility CFOs and city finance managers along with consultants, financial advisors, legal professionals and service providers involved in the financing of municipal water, wastewater and stormwater systems.
The Water Finance Conference Program Committee prioritizes presentation proposals from public (or investor-owned) water/wastewater system representatives. If you are a consultant, product or service provider, presentation proposals that include a utility representative as co-presenter are preferred.
We are looking for case studies or thought leadership presentations covering – but not limited to – the following topics as they relate to the funding of water, wastewater and stormwater projects.

The highly popular Water Finance Conference was established in 2015 and provides an exclusive forum for candid discussion around financing in the municipal water utility sector.
